My husband, Dr. de la Guardia, M.D., recommended that I try the Release Program. I lost 25 lbs with Release and gained the confidence to win the Mrs. Omaha Pageant in 2002 and 2003 in the state of Nebraska. I look fabulous at the age of 52, being a mother of three and also a grandmother. I have the energy to pursue my singing career and enjoy life to the fullest.
